Problem: I can't play the MPG 2 videos.

You need to download and install this MPG 2 Codec

If you still can't play the MPG 2 videos try downloading and installing this MPG 2 patch

Or you could try this Free Elecard MPG 2 Player which has an MPG 2 video decoder built in.

Mac Users

The free VLC Media player should enable most Mac users to view the mpg 2 videos.

Try this if the VLC doesn't work for you:

MPEG-2 Playback Component

You should also be able to play the WMV videos on your Mac computer. You'll need to play the WMV files on Windows Media Player for Mac computers. You can download this from this link:

Windows Media Player for Mac Computers

Problem: I can't download the whole video because I keep losing the connection.

Solution: You need to download and install a file download manager. This will allow you to resume the download of a file if your connection is broken. If you don't have a fast connection then you may experience this problem.Try Flash Get

Read the FAQ at the top of the page and download a user manual if you have any problems using the program. There are other free file managers that you can download from the net. Just type download file manager in any search engine and you'll find lots of links. Here's another file manager called GetRight

Here are some other useful forums and links:

Useful Codec packs:

Nimo Codec pack which contains an MPG 2 codec (read the instructions carefully before installing the Nimo Codec pack) Or you could try downloading and installing the SLD Codec pack.

Recommended Video Players:

I recomend that you play all the videos with Zoom Player It's much better than Windows Media Player and will play almost any type of file and it has lots more options. You can easily adjust all the colour and brightness settings.

ALSO I use mPlayer for a lot of video clips. NOTE that often you will get an ERROR message before the movie will play...it is IMPORTANT to click on CLOSE and then wait, as it will still play the movie!
